I somehow made it half way through the month without updating my goals. Here is my follow up from January:

Ab work outs
I will admit that I did not end up doing this every day. I found on weekends that I ended up walking SO much (10+ miles a day) and was just too tired to do my ab work outs. I DID finish all 30 by the end of the month however.

Routines
I’m really happy with the progress I made here even though I’m still not perfect. Most days, our house is in decent shape and I’m ready for the day each morning but I am definitely guilty of being lazy now and then.

Reading
I finished both my books for the month! It was fun getting to read about Australia and get some good inspiration.

February goal setting:
Running:
This month I am trying to work on endurance. I want to be able maintain my (slow) running pace for 5 minutes. (I accomplished this one today!)

Keep up with laundry:
This probably sounds like a really weird goal, but because we have to hang dry laundry, it is really easy to get behind. Also I hate doing laundry. I really want to do a better job at staying on top of it so our living room doesn’t have to be a make shift laundromat on the weekends.

Reading:
This month I am reading non fiction (specifically true crime). I’ve already finished one book and I’m half way through another.
