My May Goals
I'm really trying to work on being more consistent in my goal setting and in making sure that I actually follow through. So for the purposes of accountability, I want to share my goals here. Here are a few of the things I am working on this month.
1. No sugar
This is my main focus for the month. I am a sugar fiend and it is really something I need to work on. For this month I am committing to cutting out all added sugars. That means maple syrup, sugar, honey, etc. This may seem extreme but I really want to push myself and I think that I can do it.
2. Read 5 books
Honestly, I think this will be pretty easy to do. I go through phases of reading a lot but I tend to do a lot of podcasts and I want to make sure I am reading more consistently.
3. Be active
With the snow finally (maybe) going away I want to take advantage of the beautiful weather and be active for at least 30 minutes a day.
